Training

In its pursuit of world-class performance, process rigor, and improvements in client service, BNKe has developed, refined, and implemented a framework of leading training content and tools. Training is the key to keeping our professionals ready for the challenges in our customers’ industries, and for enabling their own career growth.

New Hire Training

The new hire-training program provides a fundamental understanding of the role and how it fits within the business activity. It is a mix of lectures and interactive activities like role-plays and simulation of real life cases, to make the new hire ready for a process specific training. We make our training rigorous but interesting through audiovisual content, occasional quiz, etc. over a period of two weeks.

The training program includes:

  Cross-cultural orientation
  Voice and accent training
After market services and logistics industry overview
Back-office services and how to provide customer satisfaction
  Business communication

The new hire training equips the candidates with the right skills to effectively interact with clients across various regions of the world. New hires are constantly reinforced through regular assessments, which enable them to further strengthen their skills.

Process and Domain Training

Process training is essential to keep up with the stringent demands of a competitive business environment. It is client specific, designed to make the associate ready for his/her role in the engagement. BNKe treats this training as the most important learning event for its people and a lot of effort is spent in capturing the knowledge and building the materials.

Typically trainings in this category will have the following content:

  Client industry overview
  Detail process overview
Sample cases and walk-through of resolutions; these are usually hands on exercises.
Evaluations to decide whether the associate is ready to start working in the client engagement.

Process training allows people to apply the process within the context of a variety of operational requirements. The tenure of this training is process specific. However, the average duration of each process training ranges from two to four weeks.

Refresher Training

Refresher Training is a short-term one week course which aims at recall and reinforces previously acquired knowledge and skills. The content may be the same, though the need for the training differs for each individual. Once the individual training needs of an associate is identified, they are sent for a refresher-training capsule along the lines of a New Hire training module. However, individual areas of concern are stressed upon and augmented with the help of mock situations, customer calls and case studies.
