Our selection process is elaborate but ensures that those who are finally hired are the most effective.
The Review process – Round 1

The process commences with a member from the recruitment team reviewing the resumes and preparing a short list of people with the relevant education, process experience, domain experience, language, and computer skills.
Pre Interview Telephonic Screening – Round 2

The prospective candidates who have been short-listed go through a rigorous round two screening, which strives to validate candidates on process & domain knowledge, linguistic capabilities and soft skills particularly in pressure situations. Thereafter a second short list is prepared.
Final Selection – Round 3

The face-to-face interviews are carried out by a panel consisting of members from the Hiring, Training and Operations Team. The candidates go through various evaluations like comprehension tests, domain knowledge validations, aptitude tests, group discussions, computer skills tests, scenario analysis and personal interviews before the final selection. Once the candidates are selected, the HR team conducts a detailed background check. A verification of original educational documents is done, their residential address is checked and feedback is taken from the candidates previous employer. Once a candidate qualifies in all of the above, he completes his joining formalities and is onboarded.
The rigor of our selection process, and the vast talent pool availability affords us the luxury to operate on a 7-10% selection rate.
